Cancellation & Refunds

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- No refunds for partial months (subscriptions are monthly)
Recurring Charges
Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Credit purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Credits can only be refunded under the following circumstances:
- Technical error or service failure (we'll credit your account)
- Duplicate charge (we'll refund the duplicate)
- Billing error on our part (we'll correct it immediately)
Unused credits expire 90 days after purchase. Plan accordingly and use your credits regularly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Generated content (stories, images, videos)
- Premium add-ons and bundles
- One-time purchases after 30 days
- Refunds requested after 30 days of purchase
- Purchases made with promotional or discount codes

- Click "Request Refund" under Billing
- Select the subscription or purchase you want to refund
- Provide a reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
